Fine Tapestry Needle (x1) - Vintage
Beautiful vintage tapestry needles with an elongated eye for repairing with fine laceweight/cobweb yarn and a blunt point to avoid snags when weaving through knitted fabrics.
Made by the iconic British brand 'Milwards' in the historic town of needle-making - Redditch, England. Milward's have been manufacturing needles since 1730, so they know a thing or two about it.
These needles were made in the 1940s/1950s and are unused; why buy new, when you can buy secondhand!
Suitable for:
- darning, embroidery or general repairs e.g seam fixes and resewing a button.
- mending light-medium weight knitted fabrics e.g cashmere cardigan.
- sewing with fine yarn (dependent on needle size).
